Aerial Rigging and Climbing Training available from the BT Aerial Rigging Training team at Stone in Staffordshire

BT Aerial Rigging Training is now done in house at Stone and is offering its expert services to customers from other organisations.

The rigging training is run by a self contained unit on the western side of the Yarnfield Park college campus. There are 2 permanent training towers on the site which enable students to be instructed and to practice in an environment free of any risks posed by live operational equipment. The instructors are experienced BT aerial riggers and teach a wide range of techniques using a variety of equipment. Formal classroom sessions and workshop demonstrations are carried out in teaching buildings located beside the towers.

A good standard of newly built residential accommodation is provided on the site, along with restaurant, bar and leisure facilities for students.

The portfolio of courses offered for BT personnel is listed below. These can be designed to meet the requirements of other customers. Individual modules can be offered as stand alone events.
